Turn your AI-built prototype into a product customers can use
Built with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, v0, or Claude Code? We review what works, identify release blockers, and scope the engineering needed for launch. US and Canada delivery from our NJ and NYC team.
Overview
Updated · Reviewed by the AppDesign360 engineering team
AppDesign360 helps founders review and complete AI-built applications. Start with a paid product and code review, receive written findings and a retain, repair, or rebuild recommendation, then choose a separately scoped implementation project. Authentication, permissions, customer data, billing, integrations, testing, deployment, and handover are assessed where relevant to your product. Coaching is a separate $125-per-session service for people doing their own development.
You have something people can try. The next step is understanding whether it can handle the workflow, accounts, and data your customers will entrust to it. We review the product you have, keep useful work, and turn the findings into a practical release plan.
Bring a demo and a description of the users and workflow you want to launch. You do not need to choose the architecture. After an initial fit call, we agree the scope and price of a paid review before requesting repository or infrastructure access through an appropriate access process.
Need advice while you remain the builder? Our $125 coaching sessions are a separate learning service. They do not include a managed code review, implementation project, or a commitment to release your app.
A clear next step for an existing product
- Review before rebuilding. We assess the actual product and explain what to retain, repair, or replace.
- A written decision. Get findings, launch blockers, open questions, and a prioritized plan you can review before commissioning implementation.
- Scope the release. Agree the user journey, acceptance checks, budget, ownership, and support terms in writing.
- Your product stays yours. Work takes place in accounts and repositories your business controls, with documentation and handover agreed in scope.
What we review before a launch
The review follows your product, not a generic missing-feature checklist. Existing AI tools may already provide working backend, billing, and security features; we validate the areas that matter to your release.
Core user journey and design
Can the intended user complete the task? We examine empty states, errors, mobile usability, and unfinished screens.
Accounts and customer data
Assess sign-in, roles, data separation, access rules, migrations, and handling of sensitive data where relevant.
Billing and integrations
Check applicable checkout, subscriptions, payment events, cancellations, webhooks, and external system failure cases.
Release and operation
Review staging, deployment, backups and recovery, error reporting, account ownership, and documentation.

1:1 builder coaching
- Guidance while you remain responsible for building your product
- Help understanding code, tools, workflow, or a specific technical question
- Advice on possible next steps
- Coaching only; implementation and launch projects are quoted separately
Review and implementation labor starts at $20/hour in USD; fixed projects are quoted individually. Each engagement has a written scope, with the rate, hours or fixed fee, milestones, and support agreed before work starts. Hosting, software subscriptions, and other provider charges are paid through your own accounts. The $125 fee is for coaching only. No fixed number of coaching sessions is promised to complete or release an app.
Choose advice or accountable delivery
Coaching gives you guidance while you build. A review produces written findings. An implementation project commits our team to defined deliverables and acceptance checks. We agree which engagement you need before work starts.
